- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is an extremely poorly run office. The office does not have a fax machine nor does it have access to the billing system. Therefore, credit card payment for co-payment cannot be taken by the office but rather the patient is mailed an invoice and must mail a check back to accounts receivable. I understand that this is a satellite office but come on folks , this operation is just rudderless and inefficient. In addition, the office staff lacks any sense of urgency and are often seen just sitting around on their smartphones. Somebody needs to crack the whip.
